Greg Kolawa – Founder/Chief Executive Officer

A manager with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, specializing in creating and building organizations from the ground up to the public offering. In Poland, he built a financial company from the start-up to its listing on the stock exchange. In addition to the Polish project, in which he was involved for over 15 years, he founded financial companies in other European countries, such as Georgia and Cyprus. He came to the US as a financial investor in 2017. Currently deals with the dynamic development of the company in the transport industry.

Charles H. Knittle – Vice President of the Board

Is currently engaged in the private practice of law representing primarily corporations and other business clients and teaches law and MBA courses. Served as  a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce, the Illinois Retail Merchants Association, and the United Way of Chicago and Chair of the Legislative Committee of the National Retail Federation. Guest Lecturer at the University of California Law School (Berkeley) and former Vice President of the Chicago Club of Notre Dame.  He also serves as Executive Vice President and Geneal Counsel of the Association of Modern Trucking Companies Ltd. NP.

Kamil Jedynak – Vice President of the Board

Since childhood he has been interested in everything related to transport. He has worked in the industry for over 10 years as a dispatcher, forwarder, transport manager, manager. In 2012 he obtained the title of engineer in the field of transport, and in 2015 the title of master of economics with a specialization in transport economics. Participant of numerous fairs, conferences and trainings devoted to the optimization of transport processes, settlement of drivers' working time and interpretation of transport regulations.
